  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card data
  • Page analytics — anonymous session IDs, scroll depth, click events, and time-on-page for conversion optimization
  • IP address and browser info — for fraud prevention and analytics
  • UTM parameters — source, medium, and campaign data from ad links

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver your purchased digital products to your email
  • To send SMS delivery confirmations (if phone number provided)
  • To send follow-up emails related to your purchase (activation, check-in, account info)
  • To send abandoned cart recovery emails and SMS if you provide contact info before completing purchase

4. Marketing Communications

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from Medical Bill Eraser. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. All marketing SMS messages include "Reply STOP to opt out." We comply with CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics events are retained for 2 years.
